Space Requirements: 2 ft either side, 4 ft behind for the tube/blower and at least 4 ft for safety mats at the front. At least 1 ft ceiling height clearance required.

💫 Built in shower cover (Outdoors - always leave inflated in light showers BUT always turn it off if we have unexpected heavy rain or thunder and lightning)
💫 All inflatables and / or soft play hires must accept the terms and conditions and this is signed for on set up.
💫 We work on an approximate 45 min turn around time and do our best to meet these times (depending on location we may occasionally arrive slightly early or slightly light but will always advise if this is the case)

✅MUST be on real grass
✅ Where possible grass to be freshly cut in advance
✅ Clear access route, including parking and ensuring adequate space is left for the inflatable to go through
✅ Cars or vehicles moved in advance to gain access
✅ Double Yellow Lines - let us know in advance
❎ We do NOT go through peoples homes
❎ Steps or incline MUST be advised prior to booking (if necessary we may ask for photos) Some inflatables are extremely heavy and it may not be possible to deliver if there is not a clear flat route.
❎ We will not inflate any inflatable with Pet Mess, Debris, Stones, Sharp objects including bushes on the grass.
❎ Please DO NOT move the bouncy castle once anchored down (this can rip underneath) and please don’t attempt to clear away on our behalf.
❎ We can not legally hire on concrete or artificial grass - our insurance would be void!
❎ We will not hire if forecast persistent rain, thunderstorms or snow _ we will be in touch should this affect your hire date.
❎ We do not hire in high winds 24MPH or above this includes Gusts, we will monitor via our speed anemometer. (Met office app shows wind gusts - please use this app if tracking yourself)
✅ If the booking is a priority and needs to be guaranteed ALWAYS book a venue (even in July) - we will not accept responsibility of cancelling a hire if unsafe weather is forecast on your hire date.
✅ Do look after our inflatables, we want you to have fun and we expect grass and general wear but if we collect and there is excessive dirt, mud, stains or any damage there will be a minimum cleaning bill of £50.00 or / and repair bill of at least £100.00.

*Late Collection: £10.00
Pre booked between 6.45-8.30pm
*Venue Scheduled collections between 9pm-12pm will occur a £25 out of hours additional cost.
Please note: Unfortunately we are unable to collect between 12 Midnight - 7.00am.

DELIVERY 🚚
We offer free delivery in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire.
Including: Bottesford, Ashby, Yaddlethorpe, Messingham, Burringham, Guness and Keadby.
Out of the catchment area a fuel coverage fee will apply.
We generally will only cover up to a 15
Mile radius. (Please do bear in mind we do this journey four times and journey time blocks out a lot of time).
For weddings or special events we will consider travelling further afield if booked in advance.
